Luxe Property Group agrees to provide, execute and complete the Services for the sole and exclusive benefit of Customer and Customer agrees to pay all amounts due hereunder for the Services in accordance with the prices set forth by Luxe Property Group.
2.0 Payments
Customer shall pay Luxe Property Group in accordance with the fees and on the terms set out by Luxe Property Group. Luxe Property Group and Customer agree that the Services provided by Company cannot be cancelled or terminated once Company substantially completes the Services. Additionally, in the event Customer is not satisfied with our services or his/her application gets denied, delayed, lost or othervise mishandled, the Luxe Property Group does not assume any responsibility therefore and does not refund the fee.
4.0 Limited Warranty
The Services shall be performed in a professionally competent and workmanlike manner. we shall not be responsible for any inability to read data from Customer supplied media.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES HEREUNDER, OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES BY CUSTOMER.
